Climbing Education and Youth Programming
WyoClimbers is dedicated to increasing the number of Fremont County youth who get to experience rock climbing indoors and outdoors. We are excited to support and create youth climbing education, coaching, and mentoring programs that enhance fitness, problem solving, self esteem, leadership, and environmental awareness.
Lander Youth Climbing Opportunities
Elemental Climbing Team -
The Elemental Climbing Team is for intermediate and advanced youth, ages 9-18 who are dedicated to becoming better climbers and achieving individual goals. You can sign up for the full season (5 months, October through February) or 1 month at a time.
WyoClimbers offers scholarships for families who need assistance.
Elemental Summer Climbing Camps -
The Elemental Summer Climbing Camps are in June and July and are for youth of all climbing abilities and ages. Monday through Thursday are spent indoors working on basic skills and techniques with Elemental coaches, and Friday is a full day of climbing outdoors with professional guides.
WyoClimbers provides a 55% subsidy for these camps to help keep them affordable for Lander families. We also offer scholarships to help make this opportunity accessible for everyone!
